Als wir letzte Woche vom Skiurlaub aus Österreich zurückgekommen sind, haben mein Freund und ich uns entschieden noch mal einen Zwischenstop in München zu machen. Die Entscheidung hatte sicher auch damit zu tun, dass meine geliebte Freundin Carolyne in der Nähe wohnt und ich sie unbedingt sehen wollte. Carolyne und ich haben zusammen in einer der (Hand auf´s Herz) schlechtesten Universitäten Englands unseren Bachelor gemacht und haben es dennoch zum Master in die Eliteunis geschafft (Sie Imperial, ich London School of Economics). Wir haben uns dann alle zusammen auf dem Marienplatz getroffen und sind in so eine Art Szene Burger Restaurant gegangen. Ich hatte Carolyne Schokolade mitgebracht ...als nette Geste sozusagen. Ihr kleines Mitbringsel bestand jedoch aus ca 1 Kilo komplett neuer MAC Kosmetik. Peinlich:D Ich hatte das Trauma allerdings schnell verkraftet und wir hatten einen tollen Abend.
//When we came from our skiing holidays in Austria last week, my boyfriend and me decided to stop over in Munich. This decision certainly also had to do with the fact that my beloved friend Carolyne lives nearby and I really wanted to see her. Carolyne and I have studied together at one of the (let´s face it) worst universities in England and have yet managed to make it into an Elite university for our Master´s (She went to Imperial, I went to London School of Economics). We met at the Marienplatz and went to some burger restaurant "for cool kids". I brought Carolyne chocolate ... as a nice gesture you know. She on the other hand took it to the next level and brought me about one kilo of brandnew MAC cosmetics. Fail! Very quickly though, I had overcome this trauma and we continued having a great evening.
